The production process reduces pollution and protects the environment while meeting the needs of consumers seeking a healthier life. The staining process used done on our furniture employs new techniques that use fewer chemicals. Through special processes using botanical oils, our customized products are left with a unique texture that’s soft to the touch and safe to wash using ordinary soap.

Kaoyen is devoted to building environmentally friendly workshop. All of our materials come from renewable forests. Trees in these forests can be grown and replaced rapidly. On top of this, our choice of material is economical and creates minimal waste. We focus on improving our production process concentrating on lowering pollution and reducing waste . The three main principles that drive our company’s culture are strength, solidity, and integrity. Kaoyen believes in the strength of our materials, the solidity of our furniture and the integrity of our brand.

1999年921地震過後的某天，工廠接到一通來自南投的電話，是打來說謝謝的，他說：「謝謝我們，家具很堅固，真的很高興買到帥斯的家具，在地震當時逃生不及，家中的兩個孩子就躲在原木橢圓餐桌下，躲避家中震落的物品，得以平安。」
